I just received an email notification that a Financial Institution has sent me an NDA or POC request, what do I do?

To access contract requests that have been sent by Financial Institutions, click into the connections page - the airplane icon on the left-hand side of your dashboard (circled in red below).

You will see your contract request waiting for you in the 'active' tab.

To access and sign an NDA, click where it says 'Sign NDA - Pending' to open the Docusign popup and sign with an e-signature.

To access a POC contract, you will first need to confirm the start and end dates for a potential trial. Click 'Edit POC' to open the POC popup, and then review the dates that the FI have suggested for the trial. You can use the tick (✔) to accept these dates, or the X to reject them and suggest new ones. If suggesting new dates, use the date picker and leave a comment as a justification of this change. Once you have done so, click the green 'Send to BUYER' button in the top right of the box.

Once both parties have agreed to a start and end date for the POC, the status on the connections page will change, and you can click 'Awaiting Your Signature' to open the Docusign popup and sign the trial agreement.
