The disaster recovery section of the ERQs is linked to questions within your product submission about data processing. If you do not have an approved product attached to your profile then your DR score will have an 'unknown' status and you will be unable to change it.
As soon as your product is approved by a member of the TechPassport team, this section will update itself.
Essentially, if you indicate that your products do process PII, you will be given a high-risk score for Disaster Recovery. However, if you then return to the DR section you can add a recovery time for your service to get your score at to 100%. If your profile submission indicates you do not process PII, you will be given a low-risk rating and a 100% score straight away.
