My name is listed as the signatory of this contract when I am not authorised to sign. How can I update the signatory?

The signatory for contracts in TechPassport is dynamic - meaning it changes depending on who is viewing it at that particular moment. 

To update it, simply go to the Teams page and add your company’s authorised signatory. Once they’ve created their account, their name will automatically appear in the relevant section of the contract when they go to sign via the Connections table.

Note: Your signatory will not have to upload the same company and product information that you have, they will only have to enter their email, password, name and job role to access the account and contract!
