How often should I update my company profile?

Once you have completed your TechPassport profile you only need to log on and update your information if you have a product or company update, or to replace expired compliance policies. You should also add any new products your company releases to your account, and you can make use of the 'duplicate' function in the product screen to make this job much easier!

You will receive notification emails from us when your ISO or SOC2 certificates are about to expire, giving you the perfect excuse to review the information already provided and see if anything needs a quick update.
