When joining the platform the information we ask suppliers to provide may come from disparate parts of your organisation. Some of the information might come from your marketing team, some from the tech or development team, and some from an operations or legal perspective.
You can answer a reduced set of questions in the company and product sections, and then add the rest of the information at a more convenient time. Access these via the mandatory questions toggle on the bottom left of these pages (pictured below).
You can add team members to your company account and they can fill in the questions that are relevant to their department.
If you already know what answers you will provide, a full onboarding should take no more than half an hour.
