Redlined agreements are not supported within TechPassport and cannot be processed through the platform.
What you should do:
Encourage the vendor to review and sign the agreement as issued through the platform.
Explain that TechPassport does not allow redlined versions to be uploaded or negotiated within the system.
If the vendor insists on making changes, the request will need to be handled outside the platform. In this case, escalate the discussion to your internal sourcing or legal team, who can manage the negotiation directly.
Information such as the vendor name, product name and company address can be changed by the vendor updating their information within TechPassport. Once they save their changes the NDA or trial agreement will update automatically.
