Sometimes a vendor will onboard to TechPassport but will not answer all of their profile questions when onboarding.
In the case you want to review a supplier's information you can request an update to their supplier profile and ask them to add more information to their profile. Within a supplier profile click the menu with the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner, then click 'Request update'.
This will trigger an automated email to the vendor that your organisation is looking for more information on their profile. While your companies name is shown on this email, your individual name is not.
