When you create an NDA or POC, you are required to assign it to a project. This helps group supplier engagements that relate to the same piece of work, evaluation, or business objective.
How projects are typically used:
To track multiple vendors involved in the same internal initiative
To keep all related NDAs and POCs organised together
To provide a clear view of supplier activity linked to a specific project
You can use an existing project name already recognised within your organisation. If one doesn’t exist, you can create a new project name yourself or simply use the vendor name.
