My POC on the Connections page says “Action Required” — what do I need to do?

When a POC shows Action Required, this usually means that action is needed from your organisation rather than you personally. However, there are a couple of scenarios where you may need to review or respond.

If the POC allows you to edit details

1. Click Edit POC to open the POC pop-up.

2. In most cases, the vendor has proposed new start or end dates for the trial.

3. Review the suggested dates and:

   • Click the tick to accept, or

   • Click the cross to reject.

If you reject the dates, the vendor will need to log in and respond. Once both sides agree on the start and end dates, the trial agreement (POC contract) becomes available to the vendor for signature.

If you can download the trial agreement

If the POC shows Action Required and includes an option to download the trial agreement, this means the next step sits with your internal admin team, who need to countersign the contract.

You will receive an email notification once this is completed, and the contract will move to the Completed tab.
