To view invitation status:
Go to the Dashboard.
Click View Invitations in the top-right corner.
This will open a page showing information and status updates for all your TechPassport supplier invitations.
You can also see how many days have elapsed since each invitation was sent.
Understanding invitation statuses
Invited — The supplier has been invited but has not started onboarding.
In Progress — The supplier has begun onboarding but has not yet completed enough information to be visible in the Marketplace.
Onboarded — The supplier has completed onboarding and their profile is now available in the Marketplace.
Rejected — The supplier invitation has been declined. A reason is usually provided; if not, check with your internal admin team.
Requesting an update
If you need a progress update, click the Request Update button. TechPassport typically responds within one working day, and the page will show the date the update request was submitted.
Tracking auto NDAs
If you selected an auto NDA, this page will show whether it has been triggered. Auto NDAs can only be triggered once a supplier’s status is Onboarded. You can then track the NDA status in the Connections page.
