How do I check the status of my NDA or POC?

You can track the progress of your NDA or POC directly from the Connections page.

To check the status:

1. Click the Connections page (airplane icon on the left-hand side of the screen).

2. Use the free text search field to find your agreement. You can search by:

   • Your name

   • Vendor name

   • Product name

   • Connection ID

Understanding status updates

The Status column shows where the agreement currently sits in the signing process:

• Awaiting your approval — action is pending with you or someone within your organisation. If this is for a POC, you can click 'Edit POC' to review vendor updates and comments and respond as required.

• Awaiting [Vendor Name] approval — the vendor needs to take action, usually either signing an NDA or reviewing the dates you have suggested for a POC.

• Awaiting supplier signature — the contract has been sent to the vendor and is waiting to be signed.

• NDA/POC signed off platform (with a tick box) — the vendor has signed, but your organisation has not yet countersigned. Only internal admins can complete this step.

• Completed — both parties have signed and the agreement is fully executed.

This view allows you to quickly understand who needs to act next and where the agreement stands.
