Once a vendor has signed an NDA or POC, the next steps typically depend on your organisation’s internal counter-signing process.
What happens next:
Each organisation manages approvals differently, so it’s best to check with your internal admin or legal team if you’re unsure of the process.
In most cases, the vendor-signed document is automatically sent to the appropriate internal signatory.
The signatory ensures the required internal approvals are completed before the agreement is fully executed.
After execution
The fully executed agreement is usually shared with the vendor outside of the platform.
You will receive an email notification from the platform once an admin has marked the contract as signed by your organisation.
No further action is typically required from you unless your internal team requests additional information.
