You can quickly spot incomplete or missing information directly within a supplier’s profile.

Identifying unanswered questions:

• Unanswered questions appear as transparent grey circles.

• Hover your cursor over the icon to see an “Unanswered” label.

Checking ERQ completion

Within the ERQ (Enterprise Ready Questions) section, any incomplete areas are clearly marked with a red “Not Completed” label, helping you identify gaps in due diligence information at a glance.

If you need the supplier to provide or update missing information, you can request an update using the three-line menu at the top of the profile (next to the X used to close the page).
