You can review completed and unanswered questions directly within a vendor’s product profile.
Accessing the vendor profile:
Vendors must have a product uploaded for their profile to be visible on the platform. If no product is available, the vendor will not appear in the Marketplace.
In the Marketplace, click View to the right of a product listing.
This opens the product slide-out panel. Click Expand in the top-left corner if you want to view the full profile.
Understanding the profile structure
The profile is divided into three sections:
Product
Company
ERQ (Enterprise Ready Questions)
You can navigate between these sections to review the available information.
Viewing answered questions
Text-based answers are displayed within each section. In some cases, you may need to click Details to view the full response.
Yes/No (binary) questions are indicated by:
✅ A green tick for “Yes”
A greyed-out X for “No”
Unanswered questions appear as a grey transparent circle. Hovering your cursor over the icon will display an “Unanswered” label.
If information is missing or outdated, you can request an update from the vendor using the three-line menu at the top of the profile (next to the X used to close the page).
