How do I save or shortlist suppliers for later review?

You can save suppliers to watchlists in the Marketplace, making it easy to revisit and organise them for later evaluation.

To add a supplier to a watchlist:

Option 1: Add individually

1. Go to the Marketplace page.

2. Click the plus (+) icon to the left of the product.

3. A pop-up will appear in the bottom-right corner showing your watchlists.

4. Select one or multiple watchlists to add the supplier instantly.

Option 2: Add multiple suppliers at once

1. Tick the checkbox on the far-right side of the products you want to save (you can select multiple).

2. Click the Add to Watchlist button at the top of the page.

3. Choose the watchlist(s) you want to add them to.

Managing your saved suppliers

After saving suppliers, go to the Watchlists page where you can:

• View all shortlisted suppliers

• Remove products from a watchlist

• Copy products into a new watchlist

• Invite colleagues from your organisation to collaborate on the watchlist

This helps teams organise supplier research and collaborate during the evaluation process.
